Best Method to Reactivate Windows 8 MCE Key?

    Originally i just had Windows 8 Professional, activated with a key found on the internet via Phone Activation.
    When Microsoft were 'giving away' Windows 8 MCE keys, i upgraded.

    I need to reinstall Windows 8. How do i restore full activation or simply reactivate with minimum fuss?

    If I was you I would use the backup/restore files method.

    There are two threads about it in the Sticky area.

    Ah i wasn't sure if those methods still worked for MCE. Thank you for your help!

    Use Advanced Tokens Manager latest version to backup your current activation. :biggrin:
    Create a Windows 8 ProWMC ISO and install.
    Just run the advanced tokens manager and hit restore activation.
