Best portable apps to clean spyware, malware, virus, temps files, and optimize the PC

I just started working as a technician at a PC repair shop. For now I have to adhere to apps that worked well for the company to clean customers' PC's. These apps are: AdwCleaner, MalWare Bytes, HitMan Pro, and CCleaner of course. However, they still leave crap in startup and don't uninstall some DriverUpdate or similar spyware. The apps I use on my personal PC are: CCleaner + CCEnhancer, Josh Cell UnCleaner 1.7, jv16 PowerTools 2014.

Which portable anti-spyware apps would you recommend for a USB flash drive? Portable, but fully functional Anti-Virus like AVAST or AVG would be good if they can be portable. Maybe there are some AIO Spyware and Virus cleaners (portable)? What other apps would you recommend to optimize a customer's PC that runs Windows Vista, 7, and 8.1? PC's we deal with are usually slow - sub 4GB of RAM, some Intel i3's, but others older than i3's, no SSD's, We have to stay away from ClassicShell and StartIsBack because became confused since they memorized how to do things with Windows 8.1 Metro UI and having the Start Button back messed up their... coordination LOL!

Also - if I were to get a... erm... a fully working, activated, but not erm... registered portable apps then they would have to leave NO TRACE of being run on customer's PC. I guess CCleaner would take care of Windows Log, which could store .exe activity information..??

There are some other useful apps I already picked up from around here - C++ Runtime installer that sets up C++ from 2005 to 2013! That is something good to install on a fresh Windows 7/8/8.1 installation along with Adobe Reader, Flash Player, MPC-HC, and a few other apps. Please recommend! Thanks!

There's portable version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium on google, try it

ah and Emsisoft Emergency Kit is also good option !

Spyware Removal / PC Tune-Up Procedures:
1. AdwCleaner Scan -> Select all found entries -> Delete all entries
2. Malware Bytes Anti-Malware Quick Scan -> Select all found entries -> Delete/Quarantine all entries
3. Run Ccleaner default -> Select all found entries -> Delete all entries
4. Run Windows Update -> Select all found updates -> Install selected updates -> Restart when needed -> Re-Check for more updates -> Select all found updates -> Install selected updates... repeat until no new updates are found
-Some things, like StartUp items will have to be manually looked at to make sure nothing important is deleted. However, if the rest can be automated - it would be INCREDIBLE!

Windows Reloading Procedures:
1. Install Windows from Deployment or CD/DVD
2. Run Windows Update -> Select all found updates -> Install selected updates -> Restart when needed -> Re-Check for more updates -> Select all found updates -> Install selected updates... repeat until no new updates are found
3. Check for missing drivers -> Select missing driver -> Search Windows Update -> Install driver if found -> Select the next missing drivers -> Search Windows Update... repeat until all devices have drivers.
- If some drivers remain a mystery then there is a Web-based scanner to which we have paid subscription and which scans hardware for missing drivers, identifies the missing drivers, and installs it. Again, automating PARTS some of this would be really really awesome!

I was also thinking... The biggest time loss in this job comes from waiting until all slow PC's boot up, load programs like Adw and then it takes them a while to go through the scanning, etc. Sure, you can work on 4-5 PC's at the same time, but eventually you still have end wasting time waiting... So, WHAT IF we build one fast machine with Windows 8.1 (updated all the way of course!), a fast SSD, at least 8GB of RAM, some videocard, USB 3.0 dock for SATA and IDE HDD's, and THEN just pop their HDD's into them docks and running the same programs, but at a higher speed! Sure, their HDD's are slow by themselves, but not having OS running along the scanning software is still going to drastically improve scanning speed AND it will also get rid of junk easier since there would be no need for restarts because the customer's OS wouldn't even be running to get in the way of cleaning. It would be our PC's OS on our fast SSD that would be running the scanning software! Does that sound like a good idea? No? I bet I could take out the HDD faster than waiting until the OS bots...

There IS a problem there - UPDATES! Wouldn't you have to be running the OS to update it? Let's say our fast machine would be running updated Windows 8.1 and customer's HDD would have outdated Windows 7, but customer's HDD is hooked to our fast PC as an external drive. How would we be able to update that Windows 7? Each customer's OS may be at a different stage of updating (some with Win7 SP1 and others with Win7 no SP), what would we do? How would we update? Could all updates be manually rolled together into a single integrated file that would whichever OS to the latest version, REGARDLESS of which updates that OS may or may not have..??? For a fresh new installation, we wouldn't need updates because the Deployment image is frequently updated. On a PC that already has the OS, again, I'd have no idea how to update that OS without actually running within the computer it came with... a slow and painstaking process...

will have to come back to this, not the creator of this app, but IIRC, my TL;DR of this is basically

needs windows in safe mode to ensure removal of stuff.
Tron is a batch script , which can be edited according to needs
the external windows 8.1 setup isn't ideal as you are single-threaded in repairing a system as opposed to Tron running locally on all the other machines.
and out of what is missing, you can use WSUS repo to auto-update a machine with patches which can be added to the end of the tron script
