I like the ability in the newest Startisback ++ to segment your taskbar, although it cause some irritation in full screen with the taskbar showing and nowhere to click on a plain section aswell as the start button showing in full screen occasionally.
I'd be lost on Windows without ClassicShell (w7) and OpenShell (w10). I really don't like the w10 start menu, just feels kludgey to me. I set up it up so all my commonly used stuff is on the top level, super compact and efficient. I actually hide the "programs" entry. There's a super handy right click menu to the start menu locations for quick modification. That stuff is completely obscured in w10.
