What I found in W10 build 10135, the last driver that works on my 550 Ti is the 350.12 one. Did anyone manage to install a newer one on 10147, or do we wait for an update from NVidia?
Are you saying that as a 500 card series owner who managed to install a newer one? Cause on my system they all have either a problem during the installation or after installing and resetting, they go back to the default one, 347.25 and so do many people on NV forums. Like I said, 350.12 (from W8.1) is the last one that worked for me on 10135, I know I can try other 7/8.1 ones, and I did - these don't work.
does 350.12 gives u hard locks? whereby the only way out is to press and hold the power button to do a forced shutdown.
Latest I can use is 350.12 but I have no any problems with it. Hope they will soon release Windows 10 beta drivers for older cards too...
One of my friends uses a GTX570 with modded win10 drivers, runs completly fine for him and others according to guru3d. (352.84) Can't link it, because I don't have 20posts yet.
I think you can post the link in some slightly changed form like hxxxp:// or something, or pm it to me, I'll post it. On the side note: why 352.84 and not the newest one 353.06/353.12?
Because 352.84 is the latest windows 10 driver. Win7/8 drivers tend to not work on windows 10 after build 10130. (error 43 appears for most ppl). h t t p://forums.guru3d.com/showpost.php?p=5076149&postcount=106 Unpack the 352.84 driver with either winrar or 7zip and move the modded .inf file into the Display.Driver folder. You must disable driver signaturing in order to install them. (Open cmd and type in: bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS enter then type in bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON enter again, reboot pc now and install driver)
