I know there are different tools like KMSpico, MS ToolKit Activation for Windows 10 Pro around, to activate this both products. While reinstalling the latest Windows 10 Pro on my notebook, i had no luck to activate Windows 10 Pro and Office 2016. Today i tried to activate both products with the latest version of KMSpico with success! ;-) For KMSpico i have to different archives (both v10.2.0) and i am not sure, which version is more safe/clean nor whats different. Archive 1: Check_Activation.cmd Check_Logfile.cmd Defender_OFF.bat Defender_ON.bat KMSpico.exe readme.txt Archive 2: cert\ driver\ logs\ sounds\ Uninstall\ AutoPico.exe DevComponents.DotNetBar2.dll DisableSmartScreen.reg KMSELDI.exe ReadMe KMSpico Portable.txt RemoveWaterMark.cmd Vestris.ResourceLib.dll So which tool and version do you prefer - and even why? In the past when, using Windows 8/8.1 and Office 2013, i had an activation tool, onces activated it worked for ever without reactivating. I think it was a volume licence. Is something like this even with Windows 10 Pro and Office 2016 possible? Thanks in advance. And yes, you guys are great!

I concur with the above. And better yet, unpack the $OEM$ folder of the above tool to \sources folder of you Windows installation media, and activation is handled for you for both Windows, and Office when you go to install it, without any interaction.
Why use any activator for win 10 pro when MS is still giving it free?Just do a free upgrade from win 7/8.1(whichever has all the drivers for your pc) to win 10 & get a free permanent digital license which will work without you doing anything in future in case of reinstall.
You are running an older Insider preview build, so let WU do it's job or upgrade by UUP>ISO converted iso. Can you run the QT from here and post the saved report?
OT, its definitely the best KMS solution in mdl, it should have a separate thread in kms tools forum section as sticky thread.so more people can see it. right now its buried deep in the mdl.
So i have just to install Windows 7 Pro or 8.1 Pro without activating it, and update to latest Win10 Pro to get a "full activated version for free"? Or do i need an old original Windows 7 Pro / Windows 8.1 Pro licence key? If this works, can i extract and use the free permament key from the updated windows 10 version, to start a new clean windows 10 installation with this key? Thanks in advance.
You have to activate it. Use Daz Loader to activate then install Win 10 Pro This is just 1 way to do it.
