    k, heres a screenshot...
    desktop.jpg
Notice the mouse pointer just under apple symbol.?
ok, cant get focus on that..tried clicking into it, tried ctrl-g
even tried TWICE deleting the image...it allways ends up up there.
The first image was ok, worked great, got mac installed then it couldnt find kernel or summat..
anyways, reinstalled thinking id done something to partition...no mouse..
No mouse since, deleted image twice, called it something different every time.

standard win-7 on standard vm workstation 7

bet ya cant work it out ;)

had it working as normal up to the point of first failed boot, so deleted image.

Your mouse just isn't 'connected'. The pointer is always there, that doesn't really have anything to do with your mouse.

    lol...nope
i managed to get a file called iousbfamily kext that apparently will work.
after some fiddling i managed to use kb to get to settings and under mouse it says no mouse connected..
would it detect a non mac mouse?
i tried unplugging/replugging the usb mouse while vm mac was working and mac was the active screen, that didnt work either

i just dont know how to install kext file without a mouse..
    any ideas guys?
