    Any attempt to change the biological clock, give body to leave unexplained disease, 20, 30 years and then regret it, it was too late.

    1. 9pm-11pm is the immune system (lymph) drainage time, this period should be quiet or listen to music.
    2. 11pm - 1am second day, liver detoxification, need to be sleeping.
    3. 1am-3am, gall bladder detox, the same as previous.
    4. 3am-5am, lung detoxification. It's why people who cough cough the most dramatic during this period , detoxification action has come to the lung; should not use Medicine, so as not to inhibit the exclusion of waste sediments.
    5. 5am-7am, colon detoxification, should the toilet bowel.
    6. 7am-9am, the small intestine absorbs nutrients period of time, should eat breakfast. The best treatment of patients early to eat before the 6:30, and health in the 7:30 before, people do not eat breakfast should change their habit, even if they drag to 9 or 10am is better than no breakfast.
    7. midnight to 4am is for the spinal cord blood, to be asleep, not stay up all night!
