BIOS file type .cap

    I am planning on buying a new ASUS mobo but all the AM3+ mobos seem to have a large (32MB) BIOS with the files suffix being .cap which I suspect is a UEFI
    I tried the file in AMI tool 1.61 which I have used several times before but it came back with "wrong size file" how can I load a 2.1SLIC into this type of BIOS file.

    Thank you Tito it certainly did the job now I have to try flashing the BIOS. :yes::
