Bios for changing PCI priority over PCI-E?

    Most BIOS seems to have the option to change priority from PCI-E to PCI and vice versa.
    My BIOS don´t have, and it´s P7P55D E Pro , An Asus Motherboard.

    Is it possible to add such a thing?
    Or does it have to exist to begin with?

    Is it possible to disable certain PCI-E slots then, some seems to allow that aswell, or have jumpers.
    I got none:(
