    Why would you want to?? There is no benefit. Just run the commands from elevated prompt..

    Why chance the loader or activator install?

    ok,

    one question - would a dell slic 2.1 also work for vista and what are the differences between dell, hp and acer slics?

    SLIC 2.1 supports vista.

    About the diffrence, they all do the same in my eyes only the names are diffrent. If you use a Dell 2.1 slic you can use a Acer key to activate Vista or 7.

    I have No Idea what they changed.
    I do know they all use the same BIOS, so it couldn't have been much. :)

    I need SLIC BIOS for EP43T-USB3 for the latest BIOS version F4

    I cannot give you the link to the file because the forum does not let me but you can find it on Gigabyte server. Could someone please mod it for and share it here ? Thanks a lot.
