Bios help plz!

    Ok so I tried to flash my acer t180's bios with one of the files from this to ad slic 2.1 support it flashed but I guess it corrupt my mb cause she dosent boot Anymore but when I turn the pc it still beeps so I guess I have a chance to recover it? Can so someone plz tell me how to recover my mb/bios have the bios file nessacery but my pc doesn't have floppy drive can I recover using a USB flash? Some plz help me. And tell me what I have to do to recover my mb

    thanks guys but theres one thing i forgot to mention, i have no video also, so i can't choose to boot from the usb

    That you are at least getting a beep may indicate that all is not totally lost (as in fatally bricked)--yet.
    Many motherboard models have an emergency BIOS recovery method--even blind-- where you put the BIOS files (sometimes renaming them a particular way) on any bootable media, power up, and then quickly press some key or button combination. Then wait with your fingers crossed--it could take several long minutes, but if the system indicates activity at all, it may be working--after which it may automatically reboot. Whether your system has such a recovery method, I don't know--not familiar with it-- you may have to do some research on Acer specific sites or forums.

    What if I hook a floppy drive up to my pc. Will my pc boot to it automatically?

    Possibly, the default BIOS boot order should be 1-Floppy, 2-CD-ROM, 3-HDD
    But as you dont currently have a working BIOS then its impossible to say.
    Just try it :)

    Maybe cd..probably usb floppy, surely floppy...:cool:
