BIOS locked on HP Probook 450

    Hi Everyone, I'm having trouble with a laptop I recently bought on a auction for businesses that whent bankrupt.
    There is a problem with the laptop BIOS It seems to have a password locking the BIOS.
    I can't contact the old admin who administrated the hardware unfortunatly.

    I tried looking in the forum but a couple of tools weren't available anymore for HP problems,

    The problem is that my Bluetooth,WiFi,webcam and fingerprintscnanner are disabled.
    And to enable them I need access to the BIOS.
    To have a fully working laptop.

    I included a capture with some info on the laptoptype etc..

    Hopefully someone can help me out.

    You Need to reprogram bios unlock

    If u have a programmer and u will be reprograam the bios chip and bios unlock You Need to reprogram bios unlock

    Hi pkshare,

    I don't quite follow what you mean with if I will reprogram the bios unlock ??
    Can youexplain so I can apply your suggestion if possible ?

    Thank you LatinMcG for you reply.
    I will try this as soon as I have a disk with a 32 bit system running.
    Since my laptop OS is 64 bit I can't apply this option currently.
