These are mtrr registers and not necessarily related to the BIOS. What is it you are trying to do?

In few words I'm trying to follow this www[dot]jakobheinemann[dot]de/j-bios[dot]html.
But I've managed to extract the bios (what I was intending to do).
And what are the mtrr registers?
