BIOS mod / utility request - Realtek RTL8136/RTL8168/RTL8169 Family "RTNICPG.EXE"

    Hello.

    I've been unable to find the Realtek RTL8136/RTL8168/RTL8169 eeprom/eefuse bios programming utility "RTNICPG.EXE" referenced here:

    forums.mydigitallife.net/printthread.php?t=5863&pp=10&page=3082

    Does anyone still have "RTNICPG.EXE" or is there an updated way to program the RTL8136/RTL8168/RTL8169 eeprom/effuses?
