You need an EEPROM else basic functionality like hardware initialization will fail.
Ask yourself, what would happen on a PC with no BIOS chip?
But there are various tools that can view / emulate a bios. (Fujitsu, IBM, Phoenix etc.)
Else I wouldnt ask.
Yes - so? You're emulating a BIOS. What is an emulated BIOS? It's a BIOS... But emulated.
Maybe be clearer next time.
