    hello, i need your help

    the service tag is : CTKKV3J-595B

    i have a security in the bios

    i download the utility to generate de password, and i can have this pass : wktz4gfw
    but, it's not working

    i have an azerty, and i do this code in qwerty, but nothing

    i misstake something ?

    i think i have a problem with the keyboard, but i convert the pass in azerty, but nothing....:weeping:

    i tried in azerty, qwerty, with crtl and alt, all over,,,,,,
    nothing
    i think it it's a new bios, and the utility cand do nothing :wallbash:
