Bios password LOST!

    Hi all, I have a Toshiba Satellite C50D-A-10 laptop. Push start up toshiba inovations screen and the password reqired screen. I can`t get passed this screen. PLEASE HELP.
    My Daughter put her own Bios password in but now has forgoton what she used as a password.
    I have removed the cmos battery overnight-no joy.
    I do not know where the jumper pins for this model are to reset it
    What else can I do?
    PLEASE HELP.

    I can not get passed the Bios Password Window to get into the Bios set up

    How do I do this from Windows? I can`t get passed this bios password screen to get into anything

    So you can't even boot into Windows?

    Pulling the BIOS battery should have solved it - make sure you leave it long enough to drain the board of power, and don't have any adapter connected, or the battery

    Leave the BIOS battery out for 30 seconds minimum, and hold the power button down while it's out
