Unpack the contents of the file in C:\ of your hard drive

    Open Command prompt elevated

    Type the command:

    cd c:\cmospwd-5.0\windows\

    and press Enter

    type:

    ioperm –i

    and press enter,

    Now type:

    cmospwd_win /k

    and press enter.

Choose the second option by pressing 2, then Enter again

    To exit, press 0 (zero)

    Reboot the pc

So you can't even boot into Windows?

Pulling the BIOS battery should have solved it - make sure you leave it long enough to drain the board of power, and don't have any adapter connected, or the battery

Leave the BIOS battery out for 30 seconds minimum, and hold the power button down while it's out
