bios password reset for Toshiba protege Z930

    SMSC chip has pwd.
    PORTEGE Z930 FAU2SY1 A3267A EC.BIN to reprogram it.. have to find the right points to solder programmer wires near chip by the resistors by schematics and also the right programmer that can read and write that rom in the MEC16xx
    lots of fun ahead!

    I don't have skills to solder and reprogram the chip. i was just looking for a backdoor for short circuit the psw ... so i'm giving up.
    anyway thanks for the help :)

    Try Bios-pow.org. I used their algorithm to unlock a dell XPS 13 motherboard. May work for you too.
