bios password - vostro 1500

    hi guys,
    i have a vostro 1500 but i am not able to remove my old password which i cant remember anymore :(
    my cd-rom also doesnt work and i cant get any new from my country.
    pls. help me out. thank you.

    You need to provide your service tag and also the string after the tag on the bios lock screen.
    Ex: SERVICETAG-595B or SERVICETAG-2A7B or SERVICETAG-A95B

    right now i can provide u that information: Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.10 A06.
    i will open my laptop today or tommorow and let u know the service tag. thank you.
