    Hello all,

Somehow I cannot get my laptop booting. When is turned on the hp logo appears and in 2-3 seconds it restarts. Only the caps look is blinking.

I've tried to run the phoenixtool v2.19 on the .bin file(68AZZ.bin) taken from hp site but no no .sig or .dec files were created. Instead I get 2 .bios files and 68AZZ_SLIC.bin file.
Is this meaning that the bios is rsa signed?

The link you pointed is suggesting that there is a greater chance to recover the bios by using a floppy disk. My question is how to store the bios .bin file which size is 2.5MB on it?

I've tried using the USB drive but no success.
