Bios uefi bricked for ASUS X551CA-SX024D

    HI Guys,
    I have a Asus X551CA-SX024D with bricked Bios.
    How to recovery?

    I tried pressing CTRL-HOME to turn on but can not see anything.

    Please Helpme!

    did you unplug power cable, take out battery and try to turn on again?

    you've done, unplugged power cable removed the battery and several times I tried to turn on but will not turn on (with power cable inserted)

    then you'll probably need a SPI flashback via hardware-programmer

    Hi nexus, the dediprog with a mod a molex work fine :)))

    for aptio ami, for this notebook, how to insert uuid and macaddress? because I have used bt.exe but cant write, thanks

    Hi seawea,

    you can try to set everything with amidewin, search for it in the bios tools section.
    btw uuid contains the mac adress usually (the last digits)!

    what did you do to your laptop? i got a asus s46cb bricked during a bios flash. same symptoms, no power at all :(
