Bios update??

    Hi there!
    My mobo is Asus P5KPL i never have done a bios update and i would like too, i havent updated it for like 6 years.
    I wanna know what will be the benefits of this update and i would like to guide me a bit so i learn how to do it, i am not retard with computers so with some help i ll be ok :)

    P.s my OS is windows 8 64 and manifacture havent uploaded and propably wont upload for this version on such an old mobo.

    should i get the windows 7 x64 on my case??
    and should i download and install each update seperate?
    and even when i download it i install it on windows mode or on bios ?

    says This app cant runn on ur pc to find a version of ur pc check software publisher :p
    AFUDOS cant run

    You need to run AFUDOS from pure DOS.

    so my friend i need to add this 2 files u told me on a usb using rufus program right?
    edit : and boot that usb ?

    You need to create a MSDOS/PCDOS bootable pendrive, then copy AFUDOS.exe and the bios image to the pendrive.
