the OEM's install the BS that comes with the system. You should contact HP/DELL/Loserova/ etc etc and let them know their bloat sucks and makes baby Jesus cry. Ive never tried, but possibly if special ordered, you could request no OS be installed on the system at all. Wonder how well that would work.
You'd be having a bunch of people going for that option (since it's probably cheaper) and then complaining there being no OS on it.
