    try deleting the file :p

or create a system task to kill the open program...

    taskkill /f /im ipmgui.exe

    Better late than never... :D

I've been trying to schedule a task, but I just can't figure out how to set the trigger.
The trigger is ipmgui.exe starting, but how do I choose it?

How do I pick Source and Event ID when the source doesn't exist in the list, and I don't know the ID?
I'm assuming that I should use Begin the task: On an event.

    Thanks in advance.

Actually the proper clean way of doing this would be deploying proper enforced AppLocker policies

Is there a way to make Applocker work in W8.1 Pro?
