    Hello everyone,

I have an HP G7 laptop and for some strange reason it will not read one blu-ray disc: Disney's Wreck-It Ralph. It plays other blu-ray discs fine, but it won't even recognize this disc. I'm using PowerDVD 10 (HP OEM), but I have tried windvd 11 and retail versions of PowerDVD with no luck. How can this be?

    Damaged disk?

    Does it work anywhere else?

    Maybe it hates disney

LOL I'm beginning to think so. The disc is brand new. Never played it. The dvd version works fine, but the blu-ray that came with it won't play. Crazy man

I found a free blu ray player for Windows that works quite well. It plays Disney blu ray discs and works in Windows 10.

    Google - Leawo Blu-ray Player.

I guess this may due to the disc itself is broken. You can generate a BD log file to find the reason. I am using Macgo, which works well on my device, you can have a test.
