If you do Twitter then Jason @NorthFaceHiker on the Win 10 Team is a good source for .dmp Files.

what i did earlier did not work so i used a restore point before a critical update and so far so good. I do have a desktop that is getting dumps of 4968-01, 5390-01 and 5953-01. What could be causing that and how do i fix it? I am trying a restore point for that as well.

Like I said in post #4, for .dmp Files Jason @NorthFaceHiker on the Win 10 Team is the one to ask.

    Maybe these solves the problem:

    1) Power on the laptop
    2) Press F12 key to enter the BIOS
    3) Go to "Advanced" menu
    4) Go down to "System Config"
    5) Change SATA Controller from "AHCI" to "Compatibility"
    6) Press F10 to save and exit

if it works install the AHCI drivers from you´re manufactures CD/DVD or website.

Maybe you should consider it . Twitter is how the entire Win 10 Team communicates to Insiders.
