work all builds before and now I cannot watch tv. thank you ms for the stupid updates or does anyone got a solution here?
here all is just fine since I never use any alpha software for important things. 8.1 serves well until 10RTM is ready to go and then, I'm quite sure that all drivers work properly
folks at Redmond playing with some different adjustment to find out best ways to optimize the os but within this process, they sometimes fiddle too much and this causes alpha malfunctions, that easy
EVERYTHING changes from build to build. making an SVF or delta (takes only changes from iso) from 9860 to 9879 results in stupid huge files lol. Even just a date change or version number update can stop software from working. 1or 2 general things need to happen. 1) MS needs to fix an issue, if it is their issue and/or 2) DVBViewer needs updated to the new OS (something very few developers will do until an OS is RTM). remember, they are taking 8.1 and changing it to 10. Many things will change that worked with 8.1, and might not with 10 until all updates and changes are made. Updates and changes made by software developers/oems for drivers and MS and their final code.
same problem here - dvb viewer works great, till you close it - bluescreen - something ms must have changed in 9879
I found an old dvb-t list for my region and can watch rtl for example because the frequency changed for pro 7 but cannot do an update. have send the crashes to ms and hope they will fix it soon!
MS cannot help you since the driver of your DVT-stick is outdated obviously. They earliest can ship a W10 driver when RTM is out in the public and adjusted to work properly in new environment
Same problem here! Everything was fine until Build 9879 came along. Everytime, I open my "WinFast PxDVR3200 H" and begin to configure it, I get that dreaded BSOD! It does that with both the native software it came with; and also other software as well.
Back to 9860 and all work fine. 9879 is a bad build. Start menu glitches and the clock stopped after a few hours
I dont understand why MS share this build to the public with more problems like before in the past. All work and such things that the clock will stop and I was 2 hours in the past is not funny for the reminder
Ok not been on here for a bit When I started to install 9879 a pop up tells me not compatible with Windows Media Centre So I press ok After install went to load Prog DVB 7 blank screen Windows had deleted Media Centre but in doing so also deleted all the Codec’s Reinstalled all the Codec’s (K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1080_Full) all is fine now.
For those of Us that do use WMC, installs as per normal, but its a non starter....back to the last build, b4 trying the K lite mentioned above...oh I see I'm not alone... DS2000 Plus x2.....
