bluetooth issues

    Hello, I have windows 7 professional. 64 bits and I have problems with bluetooth I install the more new drivers from toshiba web. I have m645-s4110 toshiba laptop. the problem is to pair my phone true bluetooth.really shows in device and printers the logo bluetooth and device manager is just don't pair with my phone is alcatel. I also update bios to the more new and update windows as far I could.
    intel driver update also I am runinig out choices " I was wondering if somebody could help me" thanks looking foward get some help.

    Try remove Toshiba Bluetooth driver by uninstaller that comes with it, then Uninstall, then remove the driver then Update Windows 7 Update, they can detect see use Microsoft Bluetooh driver.. workaround..
