    Hi All,

I finally have BT working on both my Win7x64 laptop (internal card) and a Win7x64 desktop box with USB dongle. While searching for devices, my laptop found the wireless KB I use with the desktop, so I added it. After that, it refused to work on the desktop. There seems to be no option to disable or turn off a device once added, so I deleted it from my laptop and it still wouldn't work on the desktop until I deleted it there and reinstalled it.

    Is this normal behavior?

If so, it seems pretty obtuse that one must delete and reinstall devices on each machine in order to use them! But, on my system there is no option to disable once paired...

    I don't think so.
If your KB was already added to and connected to laptop, it won't show in Desktop, as it's already busy conncted to 1 device.

But as you couldn't unpair/stop it on laptop, it didn't connect to dekstop, so seems normal.

Now coming to the problem of not being able to remove a BT device on laptop, does the laptop use any bluetooth manager/utility to show what all devices are connected? Did you check there to unpaid/disable/remove KB?

Usually laptops will have either some Windows or OEM utility for BT.
