hello ! i have installed this copy : MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.7.ULTIMATE.RTM.X64.OEM-YOMOFOSHEREISOEM and used this : Windows.7.Activator-HAZAR.1 i followed this instructions : 1. Run diskmgmt.msc 2. Assign the System Reserved Partition a drive letter ( R: ) 3. Copy the Hazar Loader to the R: drive. 4. Run it as Administrator. 5. Wait abit. 6. Watch the CMD console do its thing. 7. Reboot. 8. Remove the drive letter on the System Reserved to hide it again." and after restart i've got grubdos cmd and boot failed. how can i fix it ?
boot off a Windows CD and go to the command prompt and uninstall the loader. Alternatively you can run a start up repair from the Windows DVD and that will repair the boot sector. Loaders are hit and miss when it comes to loading the emulated SLIC table. If the grub based loaders do not work you will need to flash your BIOS using a modded BIOS.
c, d and another small partition which was used to be the media software (it's a dell inspiron 1520).
everyone who have 2 partitions is having problems after activating it. :S i hope u can solve this issue..
in the system repair console. Boot into Win7 Install-disk and click on "Repair Computer". Then open cmd and type bootsect /n60 C: fixed problem on my second pc.
well, i've did it. it says: "bootcode was successfully updated on all targeted volumes" , and when it restarted, same boot error as before.
may clicking on "Startup Repair" helps, or manually delete grldr from C:\ and then type bootsect /nt60 C: again
im having a similar issue with booting accept for it reboots 3 times in a row before seeing the windows starting screen if i run setup repair and do the command would that fix the problem? i have hazar's loader
"C:\>attrib grldr -h -s -r" and then --> "file not found - grldr" i forgot to mention, it's 64bit installation...
thank u for your help i gave away and i'm reinstalling now the windows... thanks anyway for your help !
i had same error, use bootrec /fixmbr and /fixboot fixed the problem but not activated. here's how I got it to work, I marked C: (installation drive) as active, reboot again. If boot failed again, run bootrec with /fixmbr and /fixboot again. if system boots OK, then copy the lo*der to hidden drive or c:, now remove the USB stick from the PC first, and then run the lo*der. system will reboot again.
Same problem here. Tried 3 lo*ders and all 3 hang up just after post when the drive should boot. DFI LP DK 790fx m2rs 1 WD 320gb IDE hard drive, 1 partition, clean format. I have found two other people with this problem, and dont think they worked it out either.
