Boot w7 like w8?

    I have a stupid question to do ... o_O

    longer possible to have a boot as fast as in windows 7 in windows 8?
    Of the genus, implement the boot in w7 like w8?

    I think he wants the 'hybrid' shutdown feature in 7.

    So "hybrid shutdown" is same as "boot" and "boot as fast"?

    What i want?

    A really boot speed like w8.

    w8 boot in 15 seconds
    w7 boot in 60-80 secons

    Windows 8 boots faster than Windows 7 because windows 8 never completely shuts down. Essentially internal Windows 8 processes use hibernate all the time, but the drivers start up like they would on a cold boot. This makes Windows 8 seem to boot faster. "Seem" is of course a qualitative judgement on my part.

    If you want Windows 7 to behave more like Windows 8 it would seem to me the more extensive use of hibernate would come closest to accomplishing that.
