    Hi guys,

im new to the forums..but i've been reading MDL's tips and tutorials about stuffs and find it really helpful.

    anyway here's my piece,
i downloaded win7 build 7600 from ex.ua (saw it from a tutorial in Utube). it's a rar file and what's inside are these:

    boot (folder)
    efi (folder)
    sources (folder)
    support (folder)
    upgrade (folder)
    autorun.inf
    bootmgr
    MediaMeta.xml
    setup.exe

now i run it and successfully installed it in my other partition. but when i tried to burn it using PowerISO, it says the file is not bootable or so. so i still tried to boot from dvd but to no luck, yes it is not bootable.

so the question is, how can i make that dvd bootable? or if i can't, how can i make another dvd that is bootable win7.

(pls do try to simplify the steps on this one. i get confused easily ^_^)
    thanks!

Or buy a regular Windows which you can download as an ISO-file.

    This is bootable ;)

If you prefer to run Windows setup from an USB-Stick, you have to make it bootbable. This doesn't work with a DVD.

I really think that the solution was even more simple, man...

From ex.ua i always saw ISO files, so the only problem was that you opened (and extracted the files) the ISO with WinRAR else than using it directly with a burning program...
    :p :D
