Bootloop. how to isolate the cause?? (SOLVED)

    Automatic repair doesnt work.

    "bootrec" doesnt work.

    DISM /etc /etc /etc /etc no mas

    how would i go about discovering what caused it/how to fix it?
    is there some kinda log or something? system restore is disabled atm
    thank yall!

    u can try WinPE and see if it repairs the issue if not your going to have to do a fresh install....hope you made backups:rolleyes:

    Fresh install doesn't mean format. All data are there.

    luckily i had a usb drive with my OS on it, was able to repair. thanks for your input anyhow, @MS_User and @acer-5100

    true it depends how your HD is formatted and partition but if the corruption is heavy or serious HD failure you run the risk of losing all your data....this is way is always safe to backup your data to a external drive or NAS.

    I mean, yeah, I can manage that. sure. wasnt aware that was a rule. but ok.
