I have used Re-Loader By R@1n to activate Windows 8.1 successfully but after an update it got undone..
and the Loader fails to perform activation again..

The Readme file says if it fails, do the following:

I however do not want to perform a Scannow because I know it undoes all the tweaks I have made in my system..

The question is what does "bootsect.exe / nt60 SYS / force" actually do?

(So as the possibility that performing that command alone might make the Loader work again..)

[EDIT]: It turns out my problem actually resided in the fact that I have disabled the Software Protection Service (sppsvc)... It TURNS OUT that you actually need that service running to have these kinds of patches working.. go figure

  2. This 're-loader' isn't supported on MDL.
    Use kms-vl-all to activate.

I solved my problem by re-enabling the software protection service sppsvc, because the loader depends on it for some reason..
I had disabled it in the past thinking I did not need it..
