Everytime I try to shutdown or reboot PC this Broadcast Listener Window message comes up and Windows won't shutdown until you click manually to force shutdown. I installed Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB over 6 months ago and from then this never happaned. I have not installed any new software since then so I can't think of anything why this happens. I have googled this and the only thing I found out that Steam could be the issue but I don't have Steam. So my guestions is: What does Broadcast Listener Window do? How do you make this problem go away?
Disconnect any wireless device, does it still happen? Does it occur when shutting down from safeboot?
The only wireless device I had was the mouse and keyboard. I did disconnect it but still same issue. I don't know what you mean by shutting down from safeboot? I have only "shutdown" and "reboot".
