My install of 10049 enterprise took 8 hours to complete. According to the Windows insider Forum, there is a bug in 10049 that causes all the language packs to install which slows the install of 10049. One method to avoid this is to disconnect from the internet once all the update is downloaded and before the installation starts. Install then takes about an hour.
