So about 2 weeks ago this message popped up on my computer, I attempted to remove it using Daz loader, and WAT Remover 2.2.6 but to no luck. I was trying to avoid making an account on a forum but I had no choice as of now. If I could get a prompt resolution that would be awesome. I know that I am missing some critical information to anyone helping me fix this problem, but if they could just give me a brief explanation as to how to obtain it I will post it ASAP. Thank You United Armada
Hello, I tried this, ran the WatFix which said something about changing a couple of .dll's - rebooted and tried DazLoader. I get the OS unsupported bit, with both install and uninstall greyed out. Not sure if there is anything I can do other than a reinstall of the OS? I read somewhere MGADiag tool can give you some information, so here goes: Diagnostic Report (1.9.0027.0): ----------------------------------------- Windows Validation Data--> Validation Code: 50 Cached Online Validation Code: N/A, hr = 0xc004f012 Windows Product Key: *****-*****-Q799D-Y6JJ3-86WC6 Windows Product Key Hash: NhiaeilolLeliTKRtmWljjyi0dc= Windows Product ID: 00392-914-0000007-85870 Windows Product ID Type: 5 Windows License Type: Retail Windows OS version: 6.1.7601.2.00010100.1.0.004 ID: {1ADA00C6-D3E4-46C2-ACBF-973EA58C8529}(3) Is Admin: Yes TestCab: 0x0 LegitcheckControl ActiveX: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Product Name: Windows 7 Enterprise Architecture: 0x00000009 Build lab: 7601.win7sp1_gdr.120503-2030 TTS Error: T:20120810112111677- Validation Diagnostic: Resolution Status: N/A Vista WgaER Data--> ThreatID(s): N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Windows XP Notifications Data--> Cached Result: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 File Exists: No Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 WgaTray.exe Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 WgaLogon.dll Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 OGA Notifications Data--> Cached Result: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 OGAExec.exe Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 OGAAddin.dll Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 OGA Data--> Office Status: 109 N/A OGA Version: N/A, 0x80070002 Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Office Diagnostics: 025D1FF3-364-80041010_025D1FF3-229-80041010_025D1FF3-230-1_025D1FF3-517-80040154_025D1FF3-237-80040154_025D1FF3-238-2_025D1FF3-244-80070002_025D1FF3-258-3 Browser Data--> Proxy settings: N/A User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Win32) Default Browser: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe Download signed ActiveX controls: Prompt Download unsigned ActiveX controls: Disabled Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins: Allowed Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe: Disabled Allow scripting of Internet Explorer Webbrowser control: Disabled Active scripting: Allowed Script ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting: Allowed File Scan Data--> Other data--> Office Details: <GenuineResults><MachineData><UGUID>{1ADA00C6-D3E4-46C2-ACBF-973EA58C8529}</UGUID><Version>1.9.0027.0</Version><OS>6.1.7601.2.00010100.1.0.004</OS><Architecture>x64</Architecture><PKey>*****-*****-*****-*****-86WC6</PKey><PID>00392-914-0000007-85870</PID><PIDType>5</PIDType><SID>S-1-5-21-1961999599-2190909792-2692368607</SID><SYSTEM><Manufacturer>Packard Bell</Manufacturer><Model>ipower G5800</Model></SYSTEM><BIOS><Manufacturer>American Megatrends Inc.</Manufacturer><Version>P01-A3 </Version><SMBIOSVersion major="2" minor="6"/><Date>20100517000000.000000+000</Date></BIOS><HWID>015E3207018400FE</HWID><UserLCID>0809</UserLCID><SystemLCID>0409</SystemLCID><TimeZone>GMT Standard Time(GMT+00:00)</TimeZone><iJoin>0</iJoin><SBID><stat>3</stat><msppid></msppid><name></name><model></model></SBID><OEM><OEMID>ACRSYS</OEMID><OEMTableID>ACRPRDCT</OEMTableID></OEM><GANotification/></MachineData><Software><Office><Result>109</Result><Products/><Applications/></Office></Software></GenuineResults> Spsys.log Content: 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 Licensing Data--> Software licensing service version: 6.1.7601.17514 Name: Windows(R) 7, Enterprise edition Description: Windows Operating System - Windows(R) 7, RETAIL channel Activation ID: b793ff2d-9d80-407c-b521-85111c51028c Application ID: 55c92734-d682-4d71-983e-d6ec3f16059f Extended PID: 00392-00170-914-000000-00-2057-7601.0000-2232012 Installation ID: 011255288866159305781853973053706364890545529726742222 Processor Certificate URL: Machine Certificate URL: Use License URL: Product Key Certificate URL: Partial Product Key: 86WC6 License Status: Notification Notification Reason: 0xC004FE00. hi, I have the same problem : windows 7 this copy of windows is not genuine build 7601.I have new laptop since 2 months none of windows programs and applications does not work(system programs, cmd, windows updates)any solutions not helping me, its always the same communication : The system could not find the environment option that was entered I cannot even run MGADiag as a admin..I have only prt sc pictures.. Could somebody help please? Sorry for my english.. Thank You
Have you tried the fix suggested in post #2 and if so what happened? Has your problem been present the entire two months or is it new? If it's new, what have you changed that may have caused the problem?
Thank You for quick response. Yes, I tried this solution When I downloaded WatFix and I tried install it on my laptop, there was the same error communicate that : The system could not find the environment option that was entered The same situation with Daz loader... MyInternet Explore not working too. Every day I see couple of more communicate that: "Windows cannot find %windir%\System32\rundll.32.exe Make Sure that You typed the name correctly and try again" or "You may be a victim of software counterfeiting" and link to resolve problem..but it does not work too My computer is new(2 months old)I bought in PC World..I really don't want to return it to store and wait for repair..but maybe I may have to... I just don't get it, it just happend one day probably after one of windows updates..
If it were my computer and it was approximately 60 days since date of purchase, I'd either take it back to the dealer or contact the manufacturer for warranty adjustments. I'd never accept this in a brand new product. If you think an update, or updates, caused the problem uninstall them, reboot and see what happens. Can you use a restore point from a time you had a working system? Did you make a system image of a working system you can restore? Do you have the factory restore disks or can you access a restore partition? If nothing works, you've made no changes that could have caused your problem and the problem just popped up all of a sudden, I'd begin to suspect a severely corrupt OS or a failing hard drive or both.
Do you not have recovery partition or recovery dvd's ( You may have been asked to make them when you first ran the computer ) Either way read your documentation for the machine there should be a way to do factory restore. Also if you return it to store and the problem is software i,e, virus, malware e.c.t they may charge you for sorting the problem. And they will just do a factory restore they don't care about your files and documents that is up to you to make backups.
Thank You for responses I have full version of Norton 360 and always it says that computer is safe.. but maybe this is virus..who knows? I have Recovery partition..I can try this way I thought that disk format is necessity, now I know that this can be something more..something failing Will see.. Meanwhile.. Thank You again Have a nice day
No single malware protection program is ever going to protect you from all threats. We all have our favorites; I favor MalwareBytes, Spybot S&D, SUPERantispyware, Microsoft Security Essentials, Comodo firewall, Avast AV and Microsoft Safety Scanner to name a few. If you have only Norton 360 you might want to use a couple of others. Most are free or have free versions; be mindful of AV program conflicts.
Thank you acrsn, your steps worked perfectly. I created a new account just to thank you like a bunch of other people here!
