build 7601seems to have messed up my computer, i have limited internet access now

hi everyone, build 7601 seems to have screwed up my pc, i also have limited access to the internet (which for my part means i can't get on at all but for some reason it says i have limited access) but all in all stuff just seems bad, any idea how to fix it? Thanks!

Thank You EFA11! that got me back on the internet, any ideas how to get rid of this windows 7 is not genuine problem? it never happened to me before that I can remember, so I think my windows should be genuine i bought the computer a good 3 years or so ago (but i did buy the computer off ebay, was a high rated seller though)
