Im having a hell of a time building a media center oem disc for an older sony that I have. No matter what I do, it installs but it installs as xp pro wtf? I dropped the oem files from oembios.net for sony, and i know the files work. I changed the key in the winnt.sif file to the sony mce royalty (doesnt accept), changed the pid in the setupp.ini several times, but nomatter what I do it still comes up as xp pro. What am i missing... Fixed, Thanks!
Media Center is a Pro install, the only difference; you add the Media Center CMPNENTS folder in the root of the disk and use a MCE SLP key. By using the MCE key it tells setup to look for the CMPNENTS contents and then sets up Media Center as an addon.
