Burning files to CD/DVD the same as extracting files to a CD/DVD on PowerISO?

    Is it?
because I want to burn Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit(x86) to a disk and I don't really know if I should use the burn or extract option because I had a problem on PowerISO where I couldn't burn and I could on extract the files.

I have poweriso as well when u open the image then go to burn. Extracting will not copy the boot code so the disk will not boot if extracted. Just use Burn. its your best option.
