    It could be a driver issue.
    Win10 is still very new, but you could try checking for driver updates from your motherboard manufacturer.

    If you cannot find drivers on their site, you should be in their forums asking for them or their solutions.
    The big reason a lot of these companies don't make drivers is because people don't demand them.
