    What file are you talking about?
    PS. In general, the manufacturer of the installation package determines the operating system on which this program runs.

    Right click executable, Properties, Compatibility tab, "Run this program in compatibility mode for".

    Yes but programme like photoshop check os version !

    Compatibility mode are ignored

    These extended checks are hard to fool. Running the software in a VM would be a way, however, performance could suffer.

    Not works for photoshop

    We search to modify like porting vista games to windows 10

    Or windows 7 embedded game to windows 10 ( bypass operating systeme check by executable )
