Cable filter is an add-on attachment to the back of your cable box that supposedly allows people to view all PPV channels for free. But they are not working on all systems, depends on your cable provider and if they do automatic PPV, or if they require human contact for PPV.
Please note that there isn't even a single percent of meant seriousity in the middle sentence of my last posting...just to make sure no one takes it serious.
