I'm wanting to be able to make a Windows 10 and 11 ISO for when I have to work on PC and Laptops that way I can just carry one usb stick with me. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to make a multi ISO that has Win 10/11 on it,I have seen them before but I can't find out how to do it.
Take install wim from windows 10 iso, save it Same to windows 11 wim file Mount index 1 of windows 11 wim file Append mount folder to windows 10 install wim Change edition.. append ..repeat.. etc
If you want specific edition Export windows 10 wim index you need To some temp file Mount every other indexes you need and append to temp file .. repeat (mount dismount append loop ) Del install wim .. rename temp file to install wim
Get yourself a win 10 and a win 11 ISO, next extract the install.wim from both ISOs and export all indexes from the win 10 to the win 11 install.wim and put it back in the windows 10 ISO and save the ISO. No need to mount wim files and appending stuff.
in that spirit. you can combine both install.wim like he suggests and removing the un-necessary editions you don't like maybe it will be faster?
Yes, you can add the Win 7 .wim file to the multi-boot ISO, but it can be a challenge in terms of boot compatibility (UEFI vs. Legacy BIOS) and driver support. You will need to carefully manage bootloader configurations, potentially modifying the BCD. But there are fixes like you can install Win7 on a mondern hardware with some modifications. I recommend using ventoy too bcz itz the easiest tool. You just grab the iso and put in on the pendrive you don't have to unzip or anything and that's it.
yep just modernize the W7 ISO and drop everything in there. Downside is seperate ISO's so if you wanna configure anything like MRP or activators it could be a hassle
