Can build 17623 keys be used to activate server 2019 RTM?

    Microsoft says those keys allow for unlimited activations...

    Would those publicly available keys activate the RTM build?

    ... for that specific build (or even a wider range of builds, but not for final Windows Server products)

    No, prerelease keys work only for prerelease. Would be really stupid if they could activate the final builds, no?
