I know Windows 8 and 10 need the large Hibernation file to exist for the fastest bootup. I need extra space on my main drive C. Is there a way to TEMPORARILY remove the Hibernation file and then re-create it or just put it back WITHOUT problems or issues later? How do I do that?

If you don't need the fast boot up, just disable it:
    powercfg -h off
