Can I defer features update on 1709 home ?

    You can't directly defer updates in Home. You can defer it in Pro.

    If you have a Home edition and don't want to upgrade to Pro for free using MDL tools, then there is MS tool called WUSHOWHIDE which you can probably use to hide particular updates for the time being. Is this about the 2018 emergency processor update which is wreaking havoc? I have disabled that update using wushowhide tool.

    Older version had a non official registry tweak for this, idk if it still works. I have a home version, tweaked, still on 1607.
