    Hi all,

Been reading the guides but its not fully clear to me yet.

I have a PC which comes with an OEM version of Windows 8 installed. I wondered if it was possible to turn this into an ISO image to allow me to clean install?

    Thanks

That should be possible! The How To...... could be found on this forum!

Just keep in mind that the ISO created will nothing else than an 'Frankenbuild' and NOT an original or even OEM! And an further discussion of such isn't allowed on this forum AFAIK!

It could be possible with a lot of efforts. Anyway you never would be sure if you can create a stable OS since you'd need to remove preinstalled bloat by fiddling with installation files.

The far better solution is to install a clean original retail ISO (same SKU) coming from M$ and then activate it with your MSDM serial to turn it into a legal OEM activation.
