I thought the GA ISOs created with the key / setup downloader included personal info in the ISO ? Possibly the key or a way to discover the key ?
I think he's asking for MSMG's tool which basically slipstreams the GA updates into a RTM release, in which case no personal info will be included. I don't understand why he's having issues with the tool. You don't have to do anything other than download the updates and click few mouse buttons.
Not that I know of, I downloaded the Windows 8.1 Pro (EN-US) with the help of a good member here, no personal info was there, it was a clean ISO which I had to enter my product key and activate it just fine. I don't know what personal info everyone is worried about
Exactly, there is no Windows 8.1 Single Language ISO anyway that can be downlaoded with the Windows 8.1 Setup box, hence, I just need the publicly available RTM ISO but with the GA updates integrated if anyone knows how to do it

That's because you're not reading the instructions correctly. You don't have to mount anything. The tool does that for you (that's the whole purpose of the tool).
