Can \sources\sxs folder safely be deleted from iso?

    My aio iso is a little bit too big for use on dvd5.

    I thought i saw that the win8.1 mui script, posted on this forum, deletes the ISO \sources\sxs folder and i've already added the dotnet35 feature by dism with the ISO \sources\sxs folder as source folder.

    Is it now safe to delete this folder from the iso, can i still use the iso as upgrade source? I haven't removed anything else.

    Yes, it's totally useless, unusable in any matter except enabling dotnet35

    Super, thanks, i allready thought so, but i needed some comfirmation :)

    I have enabled dotnet35 allready in all versions.
